Worst experience , never ever book this hotel, its a robbery they do at this hotel. the manager and reception girl is arrogant and speak over the voice , checked in to the room, toilets are really dirty and not cleaned, when I rang to the reception they blame me that I have uses the toilet and they are not willing to listen to me , when I asked that I would check out and need refund they say they can't refund as I have used the room and toilet. when I bought the same problem to the manager nerosha she says I can check out if I am not happy with the room and cleanliness, in turn she started shouting at me , am not sure if I have paid for the room or they paid me to stay at total unhygienic room. I say they make money by giving bad rooms and kick out guest. very bad experience . I wonder why the hotel owners are quite on these persons who make money by kicking out guest. rather than humiliation I checked out the hotel immediately. not worth to stay .

I would definitely not recommend the hotel, first thing my booking was decline by receptist Roopa though I had rang the hotel for room confirmation she said rooms are available, when I reach the hotel she rejected saying rooms are full and she said to check with her manager , but manager was not in the hotel. later she recommended me to other hotel which is near by but cab charged me 500 rs just for 2 kms . when I reached the other hotel and the same manager was there . other hotelroom is good to have a nice sleep and cheaper than ABM hotel. I strongly think that they purposely reject room at ABM and send us to other hotel for commission. which I feel its not right. please book hotel from online for confirmed booking.

My daughter stayed at the hotel and was charged 10 times the amount. On asking for refund there were no apologies and the manager was talking on top of her voice that it will take two additional days for the money to return. No apologies given and the behaviour was as if our mistake and we have to understand. The money can be returned within two hours and they have to cater for it. Pathetically ill trained and ill mannered staff and no concept of customer satisfaction. Stay away from this place.

Just wanted to share my stupendous experience while staying at ABM boutique hotel in Bangalore. The service is excellent including housekeeping, front desk , sales . Entire staff is so friendly and the communication skills of the Management brings a personal touch . The staff anticipates your needs , liking , preferences and keep your room ready and refreshed while you are away for work. Coming back to hotel in the evening is like coming back to work with all smiling faces all around. I was amazed to receive a surprise gift / festival sweets from Management team yesterday and it was a special occasion for me as well yesterday , it was my parent’s wedding anniversary. I would like to thank entire Hotel staff for their world class hospitality including Nirosha , Sandeep ji, Shekhar , Rupa and Sri lakshmi for making my stay a memorable one!
